This micro cannula is most helpful for quick and easy insertion in arteries and veins. It can be used as an "indwelling" catheter during long term experiments. With care, thorough rinsing and sterilization, it can be re-used several times. Cannula tubing is made of a bio-compatible perflurocarbon tubing, size 0.4mm O.D. and 0.2mm I.D. Total length (without stylus) is approximately 8cm. Detailed instructions are included. Not for clinical use.
